Polyurethane (P.U.) Art was established in
2001 by Steve Graham, an Art graduate who lives and works
in the Lake District. Steve used his artistic flair combined
with an interest in experimentation to pioneer the unique
process that is P.U.Art.
By utilising the flowing consistency of P.U. combined with
the vivid colours that can be mixed from the dye pigments,
an interesting artform was created. Once applied the deisgn
reacts to produce a textured durable painting.
Steve produces one off comisions for individuals and companies
alike, with some of his paintings being diplayed in various
private and public locations throughout the UK.
Colour combinations are based on an initial base colour
with one, two, or three co-ordinating design colours.
Designs can be geometric or organic with various styles
from random splashes and flows to contrived grids and lines.
There are no limitations to the size or scale of the designs.
